Our delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location. In state capitals and metro cities, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For other localities, delivery may take up to 3 to 7 working days.

We do not have any shipping limitations or restrictions, but delivery times may be longer during special occasions or in certain locations.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email or on your WhatsApp with the tracking details so you know when to expect delivery.

You can trace your parcel by visiting the courier’s online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up.

We accept multiple payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD) option. For COD, customers have to pay ₹250 extra and upfront.

We charge extra for Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries due to RTO (Return to Origin) charges and stock getting stuck during RTO orders. This helps us cover the additional costs associated with the COD option.

COD charges are non refundable after a product is shipped, as the cost is paid to courier partner to ship the order.

The delivery charges for prepaid orders are free all over India.

Stop Kick offers replacement for any purchases made within 3 days of receiving the order, if  we deliver wrong size from what you ordered or any defective product is delivered, a replacement of the product will be available.

 To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Yes, an unboxing video of the product is necessary to raise a return/replacement query to ensure that the product was received in the condition as we shipped.

If a replacement of the same product is not available, a refund will be issued, and the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in 7-10 days.
